Common questions

Are these tree care companies licensed?
Ohio's contractor licensing board covers five trades and tree care is not one. Spraying needs an ODA pesticide business license and a licensed applicator. An ISA arborist claim is the company's own, unverified here.
Does payment change ranking?
No. Paid placement never changes organic ranking, placements are labeled wherever they appear, and payment never affects verification status.
What do the verification labels mean?
Source means the details matched a public source at the last check, owner means the business confirmed them, and claimed means an owner took control without every field being checked. Unverified is the default.
What does the service area on a listing mean?
